Emily’s Coaching Philosophy:

"Take care of the little things, and the results will take care of themselves" has echoed in my mind since I was a teenager. Youth sports provide a powerful platform for developing essential life skills like discipline, leadership, resilience, and teamwork. Practicing how to respond to all that sports throws at an athlete helps shape confident and independent young adults, preparing them for success both on and off the field. The words and lessons from coaching greats guide my coaching style. As legendary basketball coach John Wooden said, "Winning is a byproduct of preparation." From the legendary coach Clive Charles: "Earn the right to play" and "If you have fun, you will win."
