TOPSoccer is a community-based program for players with disabilities.

There are many children with diverse needs who may require a more structured, supportive and inclusive environment to access soccer safely.  The TOPSoccer program is designed to create these opportunities for any child with an intellectual, emotional or physical disability and our goal at BIFC is value the unique skills of every player within our BIFC family.
