June 30-Day Challenge

We have the created the 30-Day Challenge to help prepare our players for Return to Play.
Many of our players have been unable to participate in youth sports and activities since February/March, we have created the apps to allow
student-athletes to give themselves opportunity and resources to be in a healthy place when we get back on the field as teams. We also recognize that training sessions will need some adaptions, and it will be important for players to technically proficient for a number of these activities.

Over the past 5 seasons we have given feedback via Zoom Reports, for this coming season we will not be using Zoom.
The testing activities we have outlines will allow our players and coaches to see growth within each player's game.
Testing activities have been selected based on the demands of the game within specific age ranges.
